Zinsser® Cover Stain™ is a high performance, oil-based
undercoat/sealer/stain blocker/bond coat that combines
fast dry convenience with excellent adhesion and stain
blocking properties. This all-purpose oil-based undercoat
primer-sealer can be used over or under any water or
solvent-based architectural paint and is suitable for new
construction and remodeling. Cover Stain is suitable for
interior and exterior walls, doors, trim, paneling, siding,
window frames and shutters – any surface where a fastdrying
and high hiding undercoat is needed.
